Payment Methods:

* Monthly: Ten equal payments on the first of each month beginning on August 1st.
* Payments are to be made no later than the 5th of each month
*Any payments made after the 5th of the month will be subject to a $15/week late charge
* Annually: Payment in full by August 3rd. A five percent (5%) discount will be given to families that pay the entire year’s fees in advance.
* Some leniency will be exercised with regards to payments after administration evaluates the financial situation of the requesting party.
* Lunch and transportation fees can be paid in advance, or the fees can be combined with the monthly tuition fees.

Notes:

• Late fee of $50.00 will be applied to payments received after the 14th of each month. Once your balance is 15 days past due, Masters Preps accounting department will automatically place you on a payment plan
• A $30.00 fee will be charged for any returned checks.
• Graduation fees are due at least two weeks before graduation..
• Several scholarships and grants are available. Private school education is available to everyone. We are here to help your child/children get the quality education they deserve.
• Any account that is 45 days or more past due will be in jeopardy of losing any and all discounts, financial aid, and other assistance that may have been granted. If accounts reach 60 days past due, students may be subject to removal from the school via suspension or withdraw. Report cards and school records will not be released until all account balances are paid in full. Students with accounts 45 days past due may not be permitted to participate in any extracurricular activities, events, or field trips.
• If families withdraw students, you are financially responsible for any balance owed, regardless of your payment plan, financial leniency that may have been granted, or withdrawal date. A $500 withdrawal fee will be assessed.
