Please complete the application packet and submit the $100 application fee. This will open a file for the student. A prospective student is eligible for admission if they have met all of our entrance requirements and conditions as follows:

A student applying for kindergarten must meet the age requirement by September 1st of that year. They must also provide the school with:

1. Application Packet
2. $100 Registration Fee
3. Birth Certificate
4. Physical/Immunization Forms

A student applying for 1st grade must meet the age requirement by September 1st, must display evidence of passing kindergarten and demonstrate readiness for Masters Preparatory School’s 1st grade curriculum. They must also provide the school with:

1. Application Packet
2. $100 Registration Fee
3. Physical/Immunization Forms
4. Report Card from previous grade displaying passing marks.

Masters Preparatory School
“Aims For Excellence”

A student applying for 2nd grade through 8th grade must demonstrate:

1. Evidence of satisfactory academic achievement at their previous school (2nd-5th grade – no grade below C; 6th-8th – minimum 2.0 GPA with no failing grades).
2. Must have a satisfactory conduct record.
3. Must have satisfactory references (including references from their previous school.
4. A successful interview with a Masters Preparatory administrator.
5. Passing score on entrance exam.
The application packet along with the $100 registration fee must also be supplied.
If a prospective student meets the entrance requirements and there are no openings in that grade, the student will be placed on a waiting list. Masters Preparatory School will select applicants if/when space becomes available.

The process of admissions begins once the packet is completed. Upon an initial review by Masters Preparatory Admissions Committee, applicants for 2nd-8th grade will be notified by phone or by letter whether or not they can proceed with registration.

If a student is accepted, the registration fee must be paid in order to reserve a place in the class. The registration fee does not have to be paid until the applicant has been accepted.

At the time of acceptance, the admissions committee will need all required documents, and all documents must be complete. Without all completed documents, the applicant will not have a reserved spot.
